Cancellations and Exchanges
Any cancellations of standard orders must be done within 24 hours from time of order to avoid any additional fees or charges. If more than 24 hours have passed and you wish to cancel your order please contact us for further information. Please note there are no returns, refunds or exchanges on special / custom orders.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges or store credit for up to 10 working days after items are received/delivered. All returns must be sent prepaid. Please contact us for further instruction.
Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or store credit that do not meet the above criteria.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale, special, and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sale. All items purchased using a promotional code may be returned for store credit only for up to 10 working days after items are received/delivered.
